Power Pros is one of the best health clubs in town. It’s not over crowded, the staff is helpful, and it is very clean, everything I look for in a gym. Overall great workout environment.

Training with Dave has been one of the best things I have ever done for me and my body.
 
When I was in high school I always was playing two sports which always kept me very active and in great shape. After high school and not playing sports, my body went down hill. It was 5lbs, 10lbs, 15lbs, oh no big deal I can get that off. Well before I knew it, I was 50 to 60 lbs over weight at 25 years old. I had tried every diet there was. I started going to the gym in September of 07, I was going 5 days a week. I maybe lost 5 to 7 lbs in 2 months. Not the results I was going for. During the holidays, I stopped going and when I came back in January I saw this women (Veronica Streb) training with Dave. I had seen her before and couldn't believe how amazing she looked. That night I went home and emailed Dave, he got right back to me and told me to come talk to him. So I did and we started training that week.
 
Dave has been there, he knows what it's like to be over weight and unhealthy. He knows we didn't get big over night and we are not going to get skinny overnight either. It takes hard work. DAVE IS AN AMAZING TRAINER!! He knows when to push you, he knows when to take you to The Total Failure Level. He made me feel very conferable in the gym. Dave is a great motivator and is very knowledgeable in what he does. He has tought me so much in the last year and a half, from working on the floor to kettle bells, to doing the right cardio and most importantly eating the right foods. I have dropped at least 25lbs of fat and have gained a lot of lean muscle. My body has changed so much. When I started training with Dave I was in a size 17, I just got into a size 9! Its been a long time since I was this size and I feel amazing. I am in better shape now because of hard work and the way Dave has been with me. I am not to my goal weight yet, but I know with Dave's help I will get there.

Not only is he a role model and a mentor, Dave has also become a great friend to me and my family.
If you wanna drop those extra lbs and are having a hard time, Dave knows just what to do. His meal plan and training is AWESOME!

Training with Dave has changed my life and my body. After having two awesome kids, my body wasn't exactly getting back in to shape as I'd hoped it would. I looked OK but, I wanted more for myself. My husband was going the gym and said go talk with Dave about personal training. I met with Dave and couldn't wait to start training with him.

Dave's passion for training is obvious in how he takes care of himself and his clients. Dave's training is not cookie-cutter. Each workout is challenging, efficient and informative. It's specific to your goals. The total failure method grows with you as you get stronger and more fit. I'm seeing more definition and my abs are getting stronger & more defined everyday.

I recently had a physical and my blood pressure is that of someone ½ my age (I'm in my mid-thirties) my body fat is 15%. Dave created a meal plan that fit into my life and I'm seeing results. I began working out with Dave in August of 2007 at that time I was 280 pounds with high blood pressure. In little over 5 months I have lost over 40 lbs and put on 10 lbs of lean muscle with no signs of high blood pressure.

The first time I worked out with Dave it was like we've been friends for years. Dave is passionate about the Total Failure concept. His knowledge about fitness and weight training is first rate. Dave is awesome he is not just my trainer but a great friend as well. I needed somebody like Dave to slap me in the back of the head to get me off my butt to get fit and in shape.

The Total Failure concept is for real and it works. Dave has created a personalized meal plan that fits my needs and works for me. I'm full all day and I actually have to make myself eat. "I always had excuses not to take better care on myself, I don't have time, I'm tired, I work long days, I have to care of the kids, I have to make dinner, etc.... When I finally made up my mind to join a gym, I was about to turn 30 yrs of age, I weighed 258 lbs. and wearing a size 22. On June 1, 2007 I enrolled at the local gym. I was going to the gym twice a day. I did this for 3 weeks I managed to lose 5 lbs. I was getting pretty burned out and frustrated at the small results.

My husband encouraged me to keep on going to the gym by signing me up with Dave for training. At first I was apprehensive I really didn't see myself training with a male trainer. But I had seen Dave at the gym and I'd seen his client's results so yes I was definitely encouraged. Immediately Dave made me feel comfortable and at ease during our sessions.

Dave's instruction in training is first rate he always makes sure that each exercise is completed correctly to maximize the benefit. Dave is not just a trainer; he is a motivator, and mentor to many. Dave has introduced me to his Total Failure concept which is amazing and really works. Dave created a meal plan and a workout regimen that showed real results. I began losing inches and toning in a matter of a few weeks. As of today I've lost 30 plus lbs. and down to a size 16 on my way to reaching my personal goal.

Being fit and healthy by applying daily exercise and healthier eating habits is no longer a thought it has become my reality thanks to Dave and the Total Failure concept."

Training with Dave has definitely made such a positive difference in my goals. When I started training with Dave after 2 weeks I felt so much better. I had more energy and felt healthier. His strength training workouts have help me increase my strength by introducing me to different and more efficient programs that target multiple muscles at one time.

When I started with Dave I was at 175lbs a size 16, and now in 2 months. I am at 150 lbs in a size 8 with the nutrition plans to follow and exercise program. It has made me feel so much more healthier, and confident. Thanks to Dave with his amazing personality and ability to make you feel comfortable. Dave has provided me with motivation. Hey Dave,
I want to thank you for the awesome training. Your workout and diet program that you designed for me has been incredible!
